• Bitter en Zoet heritage walk | Veenhuizen
  Discover 200 years of grim history in two hours and three kilometres in Drenthe’s "Pauperparadijs".
  After an excursion lasting around an hour and a half, taking in a host of landscape and architectural landmarks, your guide will bring you back to Bitter en Zoet, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or refreshing drink (not included).

• Maize maze at de Drentse koe
  The maize maze at the play farm is the first interactive maize maze in the Netherlands. A unique outdoor play experience in the Netherlands! Discount cards are available at the Park Drentheland reception, so remember to pick yours up beforehand :)

• Family treasure hunt | Op zoek met Vincent
  Come to Hoogeveen town centre and discover stories from 1883 with the family treasure hunt Op zoek met Vincent.

  The family treasure hunt is available free of charge from all shops, cafés and restaurants in the town centre and from Tourist Info Hoogeveen. You can also download the treasure hunt here.

• Vrijheidsroute Meppel
  A special GPS trail is being developed for children, giving them a role in the resistance. Imagine: it is the Second World War and the world around you is anything but safe. Danger is everywhere, but you have a secret mission. Are you brave enough to join the secret Knokploeg Meppel resistance group, help people in hiding, deliver secret messages and outsmart the occupying forces?
  Adults can follow an experience trail past places where dramatic and courageous events took place.

• Escape bus for children and Escape room for adults in Dwingeloo.
  Escape bus: You are trapped in a bus and have 45 minutes to escape. Can you do it? Take on the challenge together and enjoy an exciting adventure. From age 8. For up to 6 people.
  Escaperoom Dwingeloo: our own team had a fantastic time in this escape room. We also have a great partnership with them.
   
• Children’s walk in Diever
  Children walk the route 'n loopje met William alongside their accompanying adults. At the start of the walk, at the tourist information point on Bosweg in Diever, they receive a small booklet with physical, creative and philosophical activities to do along the way.
   

• Experience the Flardenpad
  The Flardenpad is a unique audiovisual walking trail that you can explore with your mobile phone and a handy app. The route is full of fascinating audio clips that take you through the history of the Holtingerveld, shaped by ice and war. Your adventure starts at Tourist Info, where you can pick up an informative leaflet and download the app to your smartphone. You can also borrow special headphones here (for a small deposit) to make the experience even more immersive. If you have an adapter, you can even connect up to five pairs of headphones to one smartphone with an internet connection. Of course, you can also simply use your own earphones.

• Vineyard tour and tasting
  From April until the end of October, vineyard tours take place on Saturdays, starting at 13:00. You will receive a welcome drink on arrival before we walk through the vineyard. Here you will learn about Dutch winegrowing, the origins of our vineyard and our grapes. Remember to wear sturdy walking shoes. Afterwards, you can enjoy another glass of wine on the Sommelier terrace. At the end, you will receive one certificate of participation per booking. The price is €29,50 per person. You can add a sharing platter to your tasting for €14,- for 2 people.
