In Miramar you can meet these and other strange sea creatures.
You will experience the fascinating story of Miss Warners (1899-1986), who visited more than 80 countries and took thousands of shells, corals, fish and other marine curiosities from those trips. Until the age of 86 ‘De Blauwe Dame’ roamed the coasts of all the world’s seas and dragged the found rarities to Drenthe on a pram chassis. These rarities from the sea can be seen in her Wunderkammer.
The museum is open from April to December, during the autumn holidays, Christmas holidays and the spring holidays.
