Can I cancel a booked trip free of charge in the event of a COVID-19 infection?
If your trip cannot take place due to a corona infection, it may be postponed free of charge. On the understanding that if the chosen new period is more expensive, these additional costs must be paid. It is unfortunately not possible to settle a possible lower price or cancel free of charge.
I want to make a different booking, is this possible?

Is there a charging station for electric cars at Park Drentheland?
There are currently no charging stations available. Charging stations are expected to be installed at the park in 2022. You can now find charging stations in Noordwolde or Oosterwolde. Please note: it is not allowed to charge your electric car with electricity from the accommodations.
Can I indicate a place/accommodation preference myself?
Yes, that is possible. You can indicate your preference on the map during the booking process via the website. There are costs associated with this. This has to do with the optimization of the planning board.
Are there accommodations with an enclosed garden?
We currently have one house with an enclosed garden. This is a pavilion for 6 persons (4 persons XL) with number 112. You can indicate your preference for this house on the floor plan during the booking process.
Can I bring my pet on holiday?
Pets are welcome on the campsite as well as in the accommodations! There is nothing more fun than discovering the Drents-Friese Wold with your pet friend. If you want to bring your pet(s), you can indicate this directly to the travel group when selecting your accommodation or camping pitch. Our offer is then filtered and only the options are shown where your pet is welcome. The additional costs are shown on your reservation overview when making the booking.
Are pet-free accommodations available?

Is the rental of bed linen compulsory?
No, this is not mandatory. However, the use of bed linen is mandatory. You do not have to rent this from Park Drentheland, you can also bring your own. If our employees find that you have not used bed linen during your stay, additional costs may be charged in connection with costs for washing.
What is the difference between bed linen and the bed service package?
If you opt for a bed linen package, the bed linen will be ready for you on your bed upon arrival. You must then make the bed yourself. If you opt for the bed service package, you do not have to do anything. The beds are made for you on arrival. This also includes the towel set and a shower set.
What bedding and linen is provided in the accommodation?
The accommodations have single beds. Pillows, duvets and moltons are provided.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the park?
The park has fiber optic connections. This gives you a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the park.
The camping guests receive one WiFi voucher per 2 people. One voucher can be used for 2 devices. Additional WiFi vouchers can be purchased at the reception for €10.00. These are valid for one week and can be used for 2 devices. The pavilions each have their own Wi-Fi modem, so you will also have a good internet connection in these accommodations.
What time is check-in at Park Drentheland?
The accommodation you have rented will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. Are you coming with a caravan, camper or tent? Then you can visit us from 13:00.
If you arrive earlier and your accommodation has already been cleaned, it is of course no problem to check in earlier. We do our utmost to be ready as soon as possible, but a clean accommodation is our priority! Do you want to be assured of an early check-in? This is possible based on availabilty. Ask for the possibilities
If we clean the accommodation ourselves, do we not have to pay the cleaning costs?
We are of course happy if you leave the accommodation clean. We ask you to leave the accommodation broom clean, to collect any rented bed linen and to return all inventory to the place where you found it. Clean accommodations are our top priority. In order to guarantee the same clean accommodation for the guests who will stay in the accommodation after you, the cleaning costs are mandatory.
Where can I park?
1 car may be parked in the driveway of the house or in the designated central parking lot. You get one card to go through the barrier. One car can pass through the barrier per barrier card. Additional cars must be parked in the parking lot in front of the barriers.
Can I BBQ at the park?
It is allowed to BBQ but there are no barbecues available.
