At our kid-friendly vacation park on the border of Drenthe and Friesland, you can stay on a spacious campsite or in a comfortable cottage for up to 6 people. Our vacation park in Drenthe is very child-friendly thanks to its top-notch facilities; take a dip in the outdoor pool, hit a few balls on the tennis court, or do some crafts in the play loft. Be sure to follow the Animal Discovery Trail, where you’ll learn all about the animals that roam the Drents-Friese Wold. May we welcome you, too?

Have a blast with the whole family

At Park Drentheland, there’s plenty to do for young and old alike. When the weather’s nice, take a dip in the outdoor pool, and when it’s not, come play and do crafts in the cozy play loft. We also offer two all-weather tennis courts and an outdoor bar where you can enjoy a delicious pizza. For just €2.50, you can rent an Animal Adventure Bag and go exploring in the forest behind the park. We also organize fun campfire evenings with great games. In addition, we rent out (children’s) bikes so you can explore the natural beauty of the Drents-Friese Wold. Great family outings in the area include the Duinen Zathe Traffic & Amusement Park (11 km), De Drentse Koe Play Farm (27 km), and Nienoord Family Park (38 km).

A Cozy and Comfortable Stay with the Family

Whether you’re coming with your immediate family or the whole extended family, Park Drentheland offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Stay in a charmingly decorated vacation home for up to 6 people. Some of these homes feature a fenced-in yard and child-safe outlets for an even more worry-free stay. Your four-legged friend is also welcome; up to 3 dogs are allowed per reservation. You can also bring your own horse ; it will stay in one of our stables. Prefer camping? That’s also possible at our family campground in Drenthe! We offer spacious campsites with up to 10 amps of electricity, the option for your own water connection, and/or private restroom facilities. A lovely vacation resort for young children

"The park is beautifully situated in the heart of the Drents-Friese Wold. It’s a quiet park that’s perfect for a stay with younger children. Despite its peaceful location, there’s plenty to do in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast bread service, with its wide selection, is a nice touch during your stay. There’s an outdoor bar where you can enjoy delicious pizzas—either to eat there or take away—or have a drink. For the kids, there’s also a play loft where they can do all sorts of crafts. The accommodation itself is well-maintained and quietly situated further back in the park. It’s also possible to rent a barbecue, which we used frequently during our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a vacation in your own country. We’ll definitely be coming back here again!"
