Yes, this is possible. You can request this by phone or email. There is a fee for this service. This is related to optimizing the scheduling board.

We currently have 9 homes with fenced-in yards. This is a Drenthelodge for 6 people with a storage shed and a fenced-in yard.

Pets are welcome both at the campground and in the accommodations! You can bring up to 3 pets with you. There’s nothing more fun than exploring the Drents-Friese Wold with your four-legged friend. If you’d like to bring your pet(s), you can indicate this under “Travel Party” when selecting your accommodations or campsite. Our listings will then be filtered to show only the options where your pet is welcome. Any additional costs will be displayed on your reservation summary while you’re making the booking.

The accommodation you’ve rented will be available to you starting at 3:00 p.m. Are you arriving with a trailer, RV, or tent? If so, you can check in starting at 2:00 p.m.

If you arrive earlier and your accommodation has already been cleaned, you’re welcome to check in early. We do our very best to have everything ready as quickly as possible, but a clean accommodation is our top priority! Would you like to be guaranteed an early check-in? This is possible subject to availability. Please ask about the options.

There are three charging stations at our park, each with two outlets for charging your electric car. Please note: You are not permitted to charge your electric car using power from the accommodations.

Bed linen is included in the price.

Bed linens will be waiting for you on the bed at your accommodation. If you choose the comfort bed package, the beds will be made upon your arrival. A towel, bath towel, and shower kit will also be waiting for you.

The accommodations are equipped with single beds. Pillows, comforters, and molton sheets are also provided.

The campground has fiber-optic connections. This ensures a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout the campground.

Campground guests receive one Wi-Fi voucher per two people. One voucher can be used for two devices. Additional Wi-Fi vouchers are available for purchase at the front desk for €10.00. These are valid for one week and can be used for two devices. Each Drenthelodge has its own Wi-Fi modem, so you’ll also have a good internet connection in these accommodations.

Of course, we’d appreciate it if you left the accommodation clean. We ask that you leave the accommodation swept clean, remove any rented bed linens, and return all furnishings to where you found them. Clean accommodations are a top priority for us. To ensure that guests staying after you receive the same clean accommodations, cleaning fees are mandatory.

One car may be parked on the driveway of the residence or in the designated central parking lot. You may enter one license plate number to pass through the barrier. Any additional cars must be parked in the parking lot in front of the barriers.

At Park Drentheland, we rent out BBQs, including a gas cylinder (subject to availability). Reservations can be made in advance at the front desk, by phone, or via email.

We require a €50 depositper BBQ. If you return the BBQ clean and undamaged, we’ll refund your deposit immediately.

There is an outdoor bar at the park where you can buy drinks and pizza, as well as a snack bar by the pool. The outdoor bar and the snack bar are open regularly during holidays and weekends, especially during peak season.

Please note: Our hours of operation depend on the weather and staff availability. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the bar or snack bar will always be open, but when we are open, we’ll make sure you have a wonderful time.

Tip: You can also visit our immediate neighbors, “Hotel Villa Nova,” from Tuesday through Saturday for drinks or dinner.

There is a mini-market at the front desk where you can buy a few basic necessities (such as toilet paper and coffee), meat, cheese, nuts, artisanal jams and syrups, ice cream, liqueurs, toys, and souvenirs.
Don’t forget our bread service!
The village of Zorgvlied does not have a supermarket. The nearest supermarkets are located in Noordwolde (9 km), Diever (11 km), or Oosterwolde (15 km).

Our park is completely free of fireworks, and it’s very peaceful and quiet there in the days leading up to and following New Year’s Eve. The fireworks set off in the surrounding area on New Year’s Eve itself vary from year to year. During previous New Year’s Eves, carbide was set off during the day starting at 2:00 p.m. (about 6 km from the park). The loud bangs could be heard. Around midnight, fireworks could also be heard; how clearly they can be heard depends on the wind. Our cottages are well insulated, and previous guests have indicated that it was manageable for their dogs. Therefore, while we cannot guarantee conditions in the surrounding area, we can guarantee that our own park is safe and quiet.

Awnings and canopies are allowed at our campground, but party tents are not.
