Inside, the lodge feels light, warm and practical. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, 4-ring electric hob, Philips filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer. Ideal for a leisurely breakfast, a simple lunch or a relaxed evening meal.
At the large dining table with bench seating, you can eat together, play games or make plans for the following day. Settle into the sitting area with a book, a board game or a film on the smart TV.
Two bedrooms and four sleeping places
The lodge has two bedrooms, both with box-spring beds with separate mattresses and plenty of wardrobe space. The spacious, modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outdoor living in green surroundings
The French doors lead straight onto the terrace. Here you will find garden furniture and a large parasol, so you can sit comfortably outside. The garden is surrounded by greenery and offers plenty of peace and privacy.

The Aekingerlodge is in a quiet spot near the exit to the walking and cycling paths of the Drents-Friese Wold National Park. Walk or cycle straight into nature from your holiday home.
