Just a 16-minute drive from our park, on the other side of the Drents-Friese Wold, you’ll find the wooded area of Hoogersmilde. Here you’ll discover the Belevingspad, a 2.5-kilometer walking trail that takes you past beautiful sights. Children can learn about nature here in a fun and playful way. Just outside Hoogersmilde , you’ll find the Blauwe Meer— a recreational lake with a fine sandy beach where you can swim and sunbathe when the weather is nice.
